Our Story
Cantiere Homes began with a simple goal — to build homes we would be proud to live in ourselves.
After leaving New York in 2009 for a new pace of life in North Carolina, we found ourselves drawn to the homebuilding process while working on our parents’ homes. With a background in construction, design, and operations, we saw an opportunity to create something of our own.
What started as one home at a time quickly became something more. Through years of learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience, we built a company rooted in quality, trust, and attention to detail.
Today, we continue to approach every home the same way we did in the beginning — personally, intentionally, and never as just another project.
